- Use garlic and onions abundantly. The more pungent the garlic or onion, the more effective it is in fighting cancer.
- Eat fish. Fatty fishes contain an omega-3 fatty acid that is thought to reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

While there are many foods that have antioxidative properties, beans hardly come to mind as one of the foods with antioxidative agents. Pinto and red kidney beans are known to be sources of antioxidants and can be added to anti-cancer diets. Beans also contain fiber, which helps to reduce cancer.
