Milk and Honey
Honey also clears spots on the skin and when added to milk in the same proportion, it will nourish the skin and rid it off of any coloration. To make a paste, you should add gram flour to the mixture for a quicker result.
Egg on Your Face
You may not like the smell of raw egg but it is very rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals. Egg white, yogurt and lemon juice are effective for glowing up the skin. Make a paste out of the combination and apply it on the face for up 15mins before washing off.
Papaya, in order words pawpaw, is good for people with oily skin. Papaya absorbs the oil on the skin and gives it a better look. Cut into pieces, add bentonite clay, and then honey to make a paste.
Apply on the face for up to 15 minutes, it is an effective anti-aging and anti-wrinkle agent.
Lemon scrub is used for bathing because it exfoliates and brightens the skin. Get a paste out of lemon juice and sugar – use paste to scrub on face or skin for at least 15 minutes and then use warm water to wash off.
Most people are not aware that they can make a skin product out of semolina. A Mixture of semolina and milk glows the skin and cleanses it.
Mix about two spoons of dry oatmeal with cinnamon powder, make a paste out of them with milk, and rub on the face. Leave on the face for about 15 mins before washing off with clean water. Oatmeal is very a very rich anti-oxidant that promotes the growth of cells on the skin.
Tea Leaf Age-Defier
Tea improves the glow of the skin. Tea leaf contains flavonoid, an agent that can turn back the hands of time by clearing wrinkles and lightening up the skin.
Boil tea leaves, allow to cool, and add brown sugar. Mix until it becomes a paste and then apply on the face for about 10minutes.
Proven methods to maintain skin
In the instance where you are unable to glow up your skin, there are methods that you can use to maintain your skin and leave it healthy. Maintaining your skin will prevent harm and disease on the skin, and the tips for doing so include:
