Fruits and vegetables

When you take crunchy fruits like strawberries and pineapple, they rub against the plaque during chewing.

Pineapple

Sunflower and sesame oil were initially used for this practice but various oils are now being used. Especially coconut oil, which has great taste and many other health benefits.
